About Holly Baxter
Holly Baxter is the Founder and Principal of HBA Art Advisory and an Executive Member of the Association of Professional Art Advisors (APAA). She also serves as Executive Director of Art in Protest, the Human Rights Foundation’s international program supporting artists who advance human rights through their work.
Holly has advised some of the world’s most respected private collectors and held leadership roles with a range of influential arts organizations. She has served on the Board of Directors for Gray Area Foundation for the Arts and SF Camerawork, the SECA Committee at SFMOMA, the National Advisory Board of Artadia, and the Curators Council of LA><ART.
Earlier in her career, Holly conceived, launched, and directed RH Contemporary Art (RHCA), the contemporary art division of RH (NYSE: RH). Under her leadership, RHCA introduced a new generation of artists to global audiences through an innovative digital platform, a 28,000-square-foot New York gallery, and an international artist residency program in Brooklyn.
Known for her discerning eye and deep commitment to cultural dialogue, Holly’s practice is grounded in connoisseurship, strategic insight, and a belief in the enduring power of art to inspire, challenge, and transform.

Marina Goulart, Associate
Marina provides essential support and coordination throughout the art advisory process, specializing in research, exhibition planning, shipping and logistics, insurance, and project operations. With a background in marketing and communications, Marina earned her degree from ESPM (Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing) in São Paulo and is currently pursuing her MBA in Design Strategy at California College of the Arts in San Francisco.
Before joining HBA Art Advisory, Marina curated and organized bespoke art travel experiences for VIP patrons, facilitating their attendance at international art fairs and events. She has also collaborated with leading Brazilian galleries on art fair strategies and participation within the United States.
From 2015 to 2018, Marina played a pivotal role as part of the communications team and the partnership and VIP relations team for SP-Arte, the São Paulo International Art Fair. Her diverse experience also includes marketing roles with major corporations and fashion PR for global brands.
Originally from Brazil, Marina has lived and worked in Italy, the United Kingdom, and the United States, bringing a global perspective to her work. Now based in San Francisco, Marina’s passion for exploring new ideas and places informs her innovative approach to supporting HBA’s clients and projects.

Isabella Tunioli, Associate
Isabella plays a key role in the organization and management of art collections for HBA Art Advisory’s clients, with a particular focus on collections management and documentation. She holds a BA in Art History and a minor in Fine Arts from the University of San Francisco, bringing both academic insight and practical expertise to her work.
Her experience in collections management originates from her tenure in the Collections Information department at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA), where she meticulously documented artwork and honed her skills in organizing and preserving intricate collection details.
Driven by a passion for safeguarding history and preserving unique assets, Isabella excels at recording and managing the smallest details of each piece. Her commitment to accuracy and organization ensures that every collection HBA oversees is thoughtfully maintained and easily accessible, aligning with museum-level standards.
Based in Los Angeles, Isabella brings a detail-oriented and innovative approach to collections management, ensuring that HBA’s clients enjoy peace of mind knowing their art collections are expertly cared for and documented.
